PadhaiBYAI is an AI-powered NEET exam preparation platform that provides mock tests, practice questions, AI-driven misconception analysis, personalized study plans, and performance tracking.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One account per person; account sharing is not permitted
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
4. Subscription Plans
PadhaiBYAI offers Free, Basic, and Pro subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Features and limits for each tier are described on our pricing page.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, redistribute, or sell questions or content from the platform
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the platform
- Attempt to manipulate test scores or performance metrics
- Harass other users or disrupt the service
7. Intellectual Property
All content on PadhaiBYAI, including questions, explanations, AI-generated analysis, and study materials, is the intellectual property of PadhaiBYAI and its licensors.
8. Limitation of Liability
PadhaiBYAI provides educational tools to aid exam preparation. We do not guarantee specific exam results. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
