1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds within 3 days of purchase for all paid subscriptions (Basic and Pro plans), subject to the following conditions:

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@padhaibyai.com with your registered email address and order ID. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
3. Additional Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the purchase date
- After 3 days, refunds are not available for the current billing period
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
4. Payment Processing
Refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
